HelpHuddle is a private service exclusively for our community of friends connected to a maximum of 2 degrees of separation, and that’s how we keep it trusted. Please note this platform is free to use but our Content Team curate, moderate and edit listings and posts. This keeps our service relevant, balanced and ultimately, beneficial to our community.
There are three ways to use our platform:
POST DIRECTLY
This is the easiest and quickest way. Simply apply to join one or more of the Facebook global/country groups (links in the footer below), and once we check that you’re connected to us, post on the wall to make an Offer or Request for help, advice, support, charity donations, recommendations, jobs, investment, or anything else. If you’re not socially connected to us, you can possibly still become a member by passing verification, because we want to help as many people as we can. Alternatively, you can post on our public Facebook Page as a non-member with no questions asked. You can even share stories of help and kindness of friends and strangers – or animal rescue videos – because they reinforce empathy and make us all smile.
ANONYMOUSLY
If you want to make an Offer or Request anonymously then you can use the Anonymous Post feature now on our Facebook groups. Alternatively, if you’re not on social media, Apply for Membership, and once you’re accepted and issued with a Membership ID, you can provide details on the OFFER & REQUEST page. We’ll then list it on this website’s NOTICEBOARD page and Helpcast it for you on our Facebook groups, Page, LinkedIn or Instagram, under our name to protect your privacy, and forward any responses we get via email.
MARKETING YOUR PRODUCT or SERVICe
To register a service or product in our free DIRECTORY – so we can recommend you to other members – make a MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION, and once accepted, LIST YOUR SERVICE and we’ll verify it before doing our best to match you with members looking for that product or service. For our creative or entrepreneurial friends that need marketing exposure, supply the images and copy (text content) and we’ll Helpcast it. And if your business journey can inspire others, we might even shine a SPOTLIGHT on you. All this for free. And why don’t we charge for any of this? Because friends help each other. And because we’re nice like that.

Helpcast 1: Facebook groups & page
SOCIAL MEDIA
Once you’ve been accepted as a registered HelpHuddle Member, you can post to our moderated Facebook groups, or you can apply to join the groups directly. Connect to other HelpHuddle members locally (UK, USA, India, Bangladesh, more countries soon) , or internationally/online in the Global group. And if you prefer to be discreet or don’t have the time to post regularly – or if you just don’t use Facebook – our Content Team can Helpcast it on your behalf under our social media profiles (registration of your Offer or Request required). If you’re not connected to us socially, then don’t worry, you can post your Offer or Request on the public Facebook Page. All these features are FREE for our members, as are all services on HelpHuddle.
